Again, it would ultimately be more impressive if someone could define (and obtain consensus on) "species."


The word is thrown around with such abandon it's like mashed potatoes in a food fight.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

But that comment Min surely leads to extinction of that specimen? If it can't reproduce it's a dead end.

Well, yeah. One organism born with a different number of chromosomes would, assuming it survives, have a tough time passing along its genes no matter how successful it were in other aspects of life.

It takes two to .... screw, or something.
