Impact site off New Guinea

For E.P.
I am putting this in this page because that is where this particular discovery was made.
I would not be surprised if similar exploring found the same thing in other parts of the planet.

E.P., this may be another industry for you to check for impact locations. They are looking for ocean bottom mineral mining sites. The things they are looking for are caused by extreme pressures.

When I saw page 11 I thought of your argument that there have been a lot more impacts then recognized.

If the above link doesn’t work for some reason, send me a PM.
I have this issue as a PDF. But it is a 37MB file.

(This is full sized, four color industry magazine.)
It has nothing to do with archeology, but there can be some overlap.
They do a lot of coverage of the offshore oil industry and there is often stuff found in the exploring for oil.
And those guys have some pretty good funding.
